Hello! I am Dimenika and I'm a California based artist who enjoys making traditional and digital artwork. My work focuses on the human form and takes heavy inspiration from things I enjoy, such as characters I admire and the music I listen to. Typically my images are grounded in realism, but my recent BFA body of work led me to explore distortion and transformation of the human figure to allow internal disturbances to have an external presence. During this exploration, I looked to surrealism as a guide. Feel free to view some of this work on the gallery page.

Terms of Service

First and foremost, I reserve the right to decline any commission.
I retain the copyright for the image produced and am allowed to share the piece through my social media or website posts. The client is able to share the finished artwork and use it for personal uses. I, however, have no claim over the character/figures presented in the finished artwork.
The client is prohibited from using the commissioned piece for machine learning and AI technologies (do NOT use the artwork to train AI or generate imagery and derivatives of the artwork). The client is also not allowed to re-sell the artwork in any shape or form, including not being allowed to mint or sell as an NFT.

PAYMENT

Payment and pricing is exclusively for personal, non commercial work.
My prices are in USD and are reflective of digital commissions. Pricing for traditional artwork can be discussed separately.
Payment will be accepted upfront through PayPal, but the payment can be split in two parts if necessary. If this is the case, I request that the final payment is sent prior to the finalized version of the artwork being shared.
During the sketch phase, if the client changes their mind and no longer wants a commission, they may request a refund for 75% of the price. Once I move past the sketch phase, refunds will not be possible. Refunds will also not be possible for finished commissions.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I am comfortable painting both non fictional and fictional characters, including original characters and characters from various media. I will also paint artistic nudity if it is requested. However, I will not paint explicitly pornographic imagery. If the client requests that I paint something I am not used to painting, I will let them know before hand and still try my hardest to help with their vision.
During the sketching phase, I will accept major revisions to the piece. If major revisions are requested during the rendering process, the price will be affected. Minor revisions during this time will be accepted.
